All of our products are made to order, just for you and your tiny human.

Processing time
• Items are made to order and usually ship within 2–7 business days.
• During busy seasons (holidays, big sales), production times may be slightly longer.

Delivery time
• Once your order ships, US delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping rates
• Free U.S. shipping on orders $35+ (no code).
• Free shipping applies to the contiguous US.

Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories: shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Multiple shipments
• Because items are printed to order, different products in the same order may ship separately. If that happens, you’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Lost or damaged packages
• If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or appears lost in transit, please email us at support@loveturtlemama.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you to replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
