When we’ll replace or refund
We’ll replace your item or refund you if the product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, or if you received the wrong item, size, or color (our mistake).
How to request help
Email support@loveturtlemama.com with: your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos (for print/damage issues).
What’s not typically eligible
Requests made after 30 days; items that have been worn or washed; and cases where the wrong size or color was chosen by the customer. If you chose the wrong size/color, we typically can’t accept returns — but email us anyway and we’ll do our best to help you find the right fit.
Refund timing
If a refund is approved, it’s issued back to your original payment method. Banks can take a few business days to post the credit.
